Accounts are setup are manually and are done depending on the account you are choosing, hosting only accounts will be required to be paid before the services are activated, Website design accounts hosted with us will only be invoiced once work is complete.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At the moment we only accept Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) or cash deposits.
My website is currently hosted with another provider, will you be able to move my data over?
Yes, we offer a free migration service, this process is streamlined by our expert technical support team! We will move your website files, databases, emails (if possible), etc. from your old web hosting account to your new account. Before ordering please contact us to request this as having the same domain setup on 2 servers can cause issues with mails etc. This only applies to accounts making use of cPanel.
What is your minimum contract period?
We have no set minimum contract period, our hosting is billed from month to month, or at your selected billing cycle.
What do I do if I’m not happy with your service?

Do you allow the hosting of adult content?
We have no problems in hosting adult e-commerce websites on our servers. However there are some restrictions on what can be classed as “adult content”; the content must be legal, and comply with SA laws. Anything that we consider too graphic or depicts the abuse of children, your account will be suspended immediately. Membership based adult websites/forums are strictly disallowed. I’ve been told to secure my shopping website hosting with an SSL certificate, how do I do this?
An SSL certificate is an encrypted method which encrypts any data between the server and the client. SSL certificates are included in the hosting. These are basic free ones that work well but if you require something a bit more secure please contact us for pricing.
